Louisville Swimming and Diving will host the TYR Derby Pro Swim Meet at the same time that Churchill Downs will have its opening night in preparation for the Kentucky Derby. The swim meet will be held Friday, April 29th at 7 PM. Earlier in the day, arrangements were made with Churchill Downs for the athletes to a have “Backside Tour” of the horses warming up for the Derby on Saturday, May 7th.
