Two More Added to USA Swimming’s Banned for Life List
Two more members have been added to USA Swimming’s Banned for Life list according to announcements by USA Swimming’s Safe Sport division.
Jayme Jorgensen, Syracuse Blue Fins

Jorgensen, the head coach and owner of the Syracuse Blue Fins in Utah, was banned for life as of June 17, 2015, after being found in violation of a pair of Codes of Conduct.
CODE OF CONDUCT (2014 – PRESENT) – SECTION 304.3.15
304.3.15 Any act of fraud, deception or dishonesty in connection with any USA Swimming-related
activity.CODE OF CONDUCT (2014 – PRESENT) – SECTION 304.3.19
304.3.19 Any other material and intentional act, conduct or omission not provided for above, which is detrimental to the image or reputation of USA Swimming, a LSC or the sport of swimming.
Although specific details of what fraudulent activity Jorgensen was found to have engaged in are not publicly available, it must have been worse than the rampant time fixing Ken Stopkotte did that drew only a two-year suspension from USA Swimming.

Vandenberg was also added to the Banned for Life list as of June 11, 2015. He was found to be in violation of Codes 304.3.6, 304.3.15
