THEMAGIC5 Launches Vector With FormFit Custom Goggles

THEMAGIC5 Launches Vector With FormFit,
a Custom Goggle Built for Better Comfort and Speed
THEMAGIC5 has officially launched Vector with FormFit, a next-generation custom competitive goggle designed to improve comfort, reduce leaks and provide a more secure fit without the usual pressure points that come with traditional goggles.
Built on millions of facial data points gathered through its AI-powered scanning technology, THEMAGIC5 says Vector is the result of a decade of development and analysis. That process led to a millimeter-level adjustment in the geometry of the goggles, a small change that has major implications for fit, comfort and performance.
For swimmers, leaks most often occur at the top of the gasket as water flows down your face. Traditional goggles typically try to solve that issue by increasing pressure across the entire face, often leading to discomfort, red marks and distraction. THEMAGIC5 says Vector was designed to solve that problem in a more targeted way.
Personalized Goggles Unique to Your Facial Characteristics
Using its facial data, THEMAGIC5 reengineered Vector’s geometry with a redesigned nose bridge and an 8.7-degree rotation of eye gaskets. Those changes reduce strap-induced tension, expand fit range and shift pressure to areas where leaks actually occur, instead of across the full face.
Each Vector gasket is precision-cut from individual facial data, providing a targeted-pressure approach that creates a stronger seal with less overall force on the face.
A 15% reduction in facial pressure compared to the previous generation.
“Our custom fitting technology has always delivered precision. By reshaping the frame geometry, especially around the nose, we’ve achieved a perfect fit but with less pressure and more security from leaks. Our vision behind THEMAGIC5 has always been to make it feel like you’re not even wearing goggles, and this innovation means we’re even closer to that vision.”

THEMAGIC5 custom goggles have been used by Olympic medalists, world champions and elite triathletes. Any swimmer can access the same process by downloading the app, scanning their face at home and submitting that data for production. Technology then maps the face and uses robotics to cut a gasket to each swimmer’s unique profile before shipping the finished goggles directly to your home.
Vector enters the market as a performance-oriented option for swimmers who have long had to choose between tighter goggles that seal and more comfortable goggles that do not always stay watertight. The team at MAGIC5 developed this innovative new goggle so that swimmers will no longer have to make that tradeoff.
For competitive swimmers, masters swimmers and triathletes, that promise will matter most in the moments before a hard set or race, when trust in fit can remove one more distraction from performance.
