PHOENIX, Arizona, June 7. TIM Welsh, the head coach of the Notre Dame men's swimming team, joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about his involvement in a mentoring program that works with age-group coaches.
Welsh has been working with the American Swimming Coaches Association's Fellows program since its beginning in 2000, and he talks about what this new crop of coaches will learn in the yearlong program.
