ORLANDO, Florida, October 17. DURING a clinic, which was part of the festivities surrounding an epic Rowdy Gaines Masters Classic in Orlando, Fla., this past weekend, Rowdy Gaines and Scott Bay discussed arm and body positioning in freestyle with clinic attendees.
The discussion, presented to the general public by SwimmingWorld.TV, focused on ways to better your catch whether you are an age grouper, new Masters swimmer or even someone at a higher level looking for a different way to consider your freestyle catch.
