RCP Tiburon Mile Coming In Two Weeks

PHOENIX, Arizona, September 14. IN just two short weeks, the RCP Tiburon mile will present its seventh-annual open water swim on October 1 in Tiburon, Calif. Hundreds of swimmers will swim the waters of The Raccoon Strait and will represent more than 20 different countries including Russia, Australia, South Africa, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and Canada as well as the U.S.

Some of the swimmers slated to attend the event will be Natalie Coughlin, Klete Keller, Erik Vendt and Kalyn Keller as well as new open water sensation Chloe Sutton.

Prize money will include $10,000 for the first male and female swimmer to cross the line with a total of $30,000 in cash and prizes for top category winners.
