He told Swimming World:

“I am very excited to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Pennsylvania! I can’t wait to continue my academic and athletic career at such a prestigious university! I would like to thank my parents, especially my mom, my coaches, and my friends for all their support through this process! #GoQuakers”

A versatile swimmer, Rosen is a Junior National qualifier who swims year-round with Scottsdale Aquatic Club.
