OAKLAND, Michigan, December 14. Holland West Ottawa earned second place with 221 points, and Bloomfield Hills Marian claimed third with 194 points.

Ann Arbor Pioneer's Hannah Cowley was the only double-event winner in Division 1, as she took home titles in the 200 free (1:50.62) and 100 free (50.80). Her time in the 100 free was just .09 off her own Division 1 record from two years ago.

Stevenson's Savannah Hatt was victorious in the 500 free in 4:55.66, while Livonia Franklin's Kayla Douglas took home a state title in the 100 back in 55.96.

The one-meter diving competition went down to the wire as Saline's Taylor Ford earned a narrow .25-point victory over second place finisher Tricia Grant of West Bloomfield, 430.40 points to 430.15 points.

Division 1 records were also set in two of the three relays, as Bloomfield Hills Marian posted a 1:46.27 to win the 200 medley relay, and South Lyon touched in 1:36.27 to win the 200 free relay. The 400 free relay crown went to Ann Arbor Huron in 3:30.00.
