Five-time Olympian Michael Phelps has placed his home in Paradise Valley, Arizona on the market, according to reports by the AZ Central

Phelps originally purchased the home in late 2015 for $2.53 million but has now placed it on the market for $4.125 million. The Santa-Barbara style house hosts five bedrooms and six and a half baths, totaling 6,010 square feet. The house also includes four fireplaces, a 350-bottle wine room, and more. Outside, the backyard looks out at Camelback Mountain and includes orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, and apple trees.

Since moving into the house in 2015, Phelps and wife, Nicole Johnson Phelps, have grown their family with the births of Boomer and Beckett.

In addition to the Phelps family, many well-known names within the swimming community have also spent time at the Phelps’ home in Paradise Valley. This includes long-time coach, mentor, and pseudo-grandfather Bob Bowman, fellow Olympian Allison Schmitt, and Australian legend Grant Hackett.

Nothing has been mentioned as to where the Phelps will be relocating to at this time. Phelps’ mother still resides in Baltimore, where he was born and raised.
