Medals Stolen from Mike Brown

OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada, September 19. ACCORDING to reports from The Ottawa Citizen Mike Brown came home to find his place ransacked and four of his medals missing. On Sept. 9, the Commonwealth Games gold medalist had four medals along with a motorcycle and helmet, DVDs and several video games stolen from his house. The medals included his 2006 Commonwealth Games gold medal, his 2005 World Championships silver medal, his 2002 Commonwealth Games bronze medal and his 2002 Pan Pacifics bronze medal.

"I haven't heard anything,” Brown said. “I'm thinking of going on TV. These are my medals, they're important and please return them. I may go to Crime Stoppers to see if they can get a lead, but I'm not holding my breath.”
