Masters Relay Marks set at Colonies Zone Champs

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., Dec. 10. THE Terrapins Masters (MD) relay team broke two national USMS records at the Colonies Zone Short Course Meters Championships, held last weekend at Rutgers University, in New Brunswick.

Competing in the 76-99 age group, the team of James Crowder, Petra Adamkova, Russell Perkins, and Katie Diblasi lowered both the 400m mixed medley and freestyle relays.

In the medley, the Terrapin foursome swam a time of 4:22.07, breaking the old standard of 4:26.30. The mixed 400 free relay, comprised of the same four swimmmers, broke the old record of 3:58.40 by swimming a 3:56.65.
