Kurz Adds to NAG Record Haul

EAST MEADOW, New York, April 2. COMPETING at the Eastern Zone All-Star Championships at the Nassau County Aquatic Center, Tanner Kurz (Delaware Swim Team) established a pair of 11-12 NAG records. Kurz took down standards in the 100 individual medley and 200 breaststroke with respective times of 55.56 and 2:13.52. His swim in the 100 I.M. broke his own record from early March.

A few weeks removed from setting an NAG mark in the 400 I.M., Kurz also set a quartet of Eastern Zone records. The 12-year-old clocked 2:00.19 in the 200 I.M., 1:00.94 in the 100 breaststroke, 49.98 in the 100 freestyle and 54.95 in the 100 butterfly.
