Katie McLaughlin of Cal talked about how difficult her last few years have been since not making the Olympic Team and not making a major international team since the 2015 World Championships. McLaughlin finished second in the 100 fly on Friday night in Irvine for her first National A team appearance in three years.

McLaughlin shared how difficult the journey has been for her and what she has learned in the process at Cal.
