California’s Josh Prenot, who wasn’t expecting an amazing swim, powered his way to a personal best in the men’s 200-meter breast at the Arena Pro Swim Series Charlotte.

Prenot had a strong day yesterday in the 100 breast, but managed to clear 2:10 for the first time tonight.
