Hali Flickinger shared her thoughts about her huge 200 fly on the first day of the 2018 Phillips 66 Nationals in Irvine. Although a lot of people were surprised at her 2:05 in the heats, Flickinger was relieved she finally went that fast.

Flickinger talked about how being sick a lot in the past year has hindered her performance and what she did to finally get over that mental hump of not performing to her absolute best.
