It’s the final day at the 8th FINA World Swimming Championships. I’m not in Shanghai sadly so have been watching all the action from the Gold Coast in Australia where I live and train. It’s been good for me to sit back and watch a few events go by which I would have loved to be part of. I do find it difficult missing out but really use it and take it back into my training.
