Regarding her commitment, she said:

“I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to Georgia! I love UGA and I can’t wait to contribute to the team and become a part of such an awesome group of people! Thank you to my parents and coaches for all the support and love that has gotten me where I am today. Thank you to coach Stefanie and coach Fernando for this amazing opportunity. GO DAWGSSS!”

Lee does her club swimming with Bolles School Sharks and had a pair of top-8 finishes at Orlando Sectionals back in February. She notched a best time at Juniors East back in December and placed 11th in the 50m free at Cary Futures last summer.
