SHANGHAI, China, July 27. ALTHOUHG retired from the sport, multi-time Olympic and world champion backstroker Aaron Peirsol is staying close to swimming. Peirsol is in Shanghai for the World Championships on behalf of his sponsor, Arena.

Swimming World caught up with Peirsol and spoke with him about retirement and his thoughts on the action at these World Champs.
