NARBONNE, July 14. HELLO everyone again!

I had a fantastic weekend. I went to the beach and swam around in the ocean for a couple of hours and the locals put together a BBQ for all of us which was quite an expierence ,as many of you can imagine. Not really your typical american BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs. Instead we had oysters, prawns, clams, fish, and steak.

We had to be careful with eating shellfish so close to a meet. Some of the coaches tried it and I know Anthony Ervin did his part in tasting the fishy seafood.

We also had our media day, which is always fun. ESPN is covering a lot of the swim meet so some of us had interviews with them. Make sure all of you watch for us.

A lot of the local papers came out and interviewed us. The pics came out nice in the papers, but I don't know a lick of French, so who knows what they were writing about us? All good I bet.

I also took a trip to the local market. A little too crowded for my style, but it is always a good expierence to get out and see more.

It is now six days till the meet and things are getting really exciting. Everyone should be ready to see some fast swimming out of the Americans. My teammates are definitely looking real tough in the water. I predict some records will go down.
