Conor Dwyer believes he’s had the best preparation he’s ever had as he enters his third Olympic Trials. In his pre-meet press conference, he details his season that has included multiple long stints at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Dwyer compared his three Trials experiences and how his confidence has ballooned over that span. He also discussed his thoughts on the disastrous American finishes in both the 400 and 800 free relays at the World Championships last summer and reflected on what has now been a five-year career as a professional.
