Coach Brackin Featured in “Cooking Light”

AUBURN, Alabama, June 17. AUBURN Co-Head Women's Coach Kim Brackin took a step away from the pool deck to put together a piece in the latest issue of Cooking Light magazine.

The co-winner (with Dave Marsh) of the "NCAA Coach of the Year" award gives advice to swimmers of all levels on how to improve their stroke and efficiency in the water, explaining that, "you must swim from your core." The article concludes with a set of
instructions for a varied workout.

Assisting Brackin in the article is former AU swimmer and 2000 Olympian Rada Owen, who was the model for the feature. The article can be found starting on page 56 of the June issue. You can pick the issue up on
