2025 USA Swimming National Championships: How to Watch Live & Full Schedule

Nationals

The fastest meet on American soil this year is about to get underway — and for many of the nation’s top swimmers, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

The 2025 U.S. National Championships, running June 3–7 at the Indiana University Natatorium in Indianapolis, will determine the athletes selected to represent Team USA at the World Championships in Singapore next month. Five days. One qualifying opportunity. No second chances.

From veterans chasing one more moment on the global stage to teenagers eager to shake up the sport, the path to Singapore begins Tuesday morning.

Watch Live: Two Ways to Stream

Every session of Nationals — prelims, distance, and finals — will be streamed free on the USA Swimming Network, available on all major connected TVs, desktop browsers, and mobile apps.

Peacock will carry primetime finals only each evening (7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT). The platform requires a subscription:

  • Peacock Premium – $7.99/month (with ads)

  • Premium Plus – $13.99/month (ad-free, includes local NBC)

▶️ If you want wire-to-wire coverage of each event — including big drops in the morning or distance showdowns in the afternoon — the USA Swimming stream is your best bet.

Why This Meet Matters

This year’s Nationals offer only shot to make the World Championships roster. No alternate events. Finish top 2 in your event and hit the qualifying time — or watch the summer unfold from home.

It’s not just a meet. It’s a reckoning.

Will Urlando hold his form and claim his first global medal? Will Thomas Heilman take another step toward greatness? And which rising names will break through and challenge the veterans?

Swimming World will be on deck all week long with race coverage, exclusive interviews, and commentary on the stories that matter.
