2019 YMCA National Championships Psych Sheet Released

The 2019 YMCA National Championships ope on Monday in Greensboro, N.C., with five days of fast racing.

The psych sheet has been released and there are top seeds from all over the country ready to compete for a YMCA national title.

How can my daughter took part in various swimming competition in India ? Please guide me .

You need to look to your local community swimming pool(s) and see if they have teams/training/races. Each country has its own programmes/structure and eventually they meet in international competition at high level.
