The first full day of the 2019 NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships opened in Austin, Texas, on Thursday morning and featured some pool records and fast swims.
Cal’s Andrew Seliskar and Ryan Hoffer each claimed top seeds in individual events this morning, while they also teamed with Pawel Sendyk and Michael Jensen to take the top seed in the 200 free relay.
Texas senior Townley Haas took the top seed in the 500 free and Indiana took the top spot in the 400 medley relay.
