2019 Australian World Swimming Trials Prelims Day 3: Emma McKeon, Grant Irvine Steal Top Seeds
The 2019 Australian World Swimming Trials kicked off its third day of competition with a quick free and fly schedule, as swimmer from Down Under continue to battle for spots on the World’s roster.
With two nights in the books, Aussie athletes have already proven themselves to be threats in international competition, as they prime the swim community for next month’s World Championships in South Korea.
In true form, Emma McKeon stole the top seed with ease in the women’s 200 free and will take her place behind the center lane in tonight’s final, where she and Shayna Jack will battle for bragging rights and a World qualifying standard.
