Women’s 400 Freestyle
Italy’s Martina De Memme is the top qualifier for tonight’s final, after posting a 4:09.36. Spain’s Mireia Belmonte Garcia is not far behind in 4:09.60. Boglarka Kapas of Hungary was also under 4:10, turning in a 4:09.80.
Defending champion Jazmin Carlin of Great Britain qualified sixth in 4:10.78.

Men’s 400 IM
Defending champion David Verraszto of Hungary finished in 4:14.49 to become tonight’s top seed. Great Britain’s Max Litchfield grabbed the second seed with a 4:15.06. Slovakia’s Richard Nagy touched in 4:15.79, and qualified third.
Federico Turrini of Italy, who currently holds the world’s third best time at 4:11.95, returns as tonight’s fourth seed in 4:17.13.

Women’s 400 Medley Relay
Sweden’s team of Ida Lindborg, Jennie Johansson, Stina Gardell, and Louise Hansson touched in 4:02.99 to claim the top seed. Not far behind in 4:03.40 was Finland’s Mimosa Jallow, Jenna Maukkanen, Emilia Pikkarainen, and Hanna-Maria Seppala. Italy claimed third seed in 4:03.49 behind swims from Carlotta Zofkova, Arianna Castiglioni, Ilaria Bianchi, and Erika Ferraioli.

Men’s 400 Medley Relay
Simone Sabbioni, Fabio Scozzoli, Matteo Rivolta, and Luca Leonardi combined for a top seeded 3:36.16 for Italy. Posting a 3:36.46 for second from Lithuania was Danas Rapsys, Giedrius Titenis, Deividas Margevicius, and Simonas Billis.
Hungary’s team of Gabor Balog, GAbor Financsek, Laszlo Cseh, and Richard Bohus swam a 3:36.81 for the third seed. Benjamin Stasiulis, Giacomo Perez Dortona, Mehdy Metella, and Yannick Agnel swam a 3:36.87 to take the fourth seed for France.
