Miranda Donley has given the NC State Wolfpack another verbal commitment for the Class of 2021. Donley swims for the Ohio State Swim Club and attends Columbus School for Girls.
Donley shared,
“I’m excited to be a part of the Wolfpack swim program! Not only do I love the team and the coaching staff, but the school is beyond amazing! Go Pack!”
She’ll fit right into the NC State’s sprinting strengths with best times of:
- 50 Free 22.97
- 100 Free 50.62
- 100 Fly 54.98
Other members of the Wolfpack Class of 2021 include Kate Moore, Julia Poole, Maddie Morello, Danika Huizinga, and Olivia Fisher. Morello is a fairly good match for Donley, following just behind her in the freestyles. Her focus then extends into backstroke. Fisher is another 50.8 100 freestyler who also brings strong breaststroke times to the table. While Huzinga only has meters racing experience, she should bring great 100 butterfly and backstroke options to the team. With Moore and Poole’s IM talents and backstroke and breaststroke skills, respectively, the Wolfpack have developed a well rounded incoming class.
