Vlad Morozov Moves Into 4th-Ranked Tie With Nathan Adrian in 50 Free 21.69

Vlad Morozov continued his recent resurgence as he moved into a tie for fourth in the world in the men’s 50-meter free at the 2016 Russian Nationals.

Morozov raced his way to the top of semis with a 21.69, that tied the 21.69 posted by Nathan Adrian at the Mesa stop of the Arena Pro Swim Series.

Only Florent Manaudou (21.42), Cameron McEvoy (21.44) and Ben Proud (21.65) have been faster this year.

Andrey Grechin (22.13), Aleksei Brianskii (22.19), Alexander Sukhorukov (22.28), Ivan Kuzmenko (22.38), Sergei Fesikov (22.47), Oleg Tikhobaev (22.62) and Alexander Kliukin (22.62) also made it into the finals.
