Nathan Adrian Drops .01 Off World’s 3rd Fastest 50 Freestyle

Nathan Adrian dropped one one hundredth off his season best to post a 21.69 tonight in Mesa. That time improves his third fastest time in the world.

Sprint veterans Anthony Ervin and Cullen Jones finished in second an third with times of 22.28 and 22.30.

Erik Risolvato touched in 22.44. Luis Flores (22.45), Nick Soedel (22.66), Michael Chadwick (22.71), and Derek Toomey (22.81) rounded out the A final.

Jimmy Feigen posted a 22.69 to win the B final.

WHERE is Caleb Dressel form University of Florida?!?

Caleb is in college and they don’t always compete at same events but he will be a challenge for Adrian. Just never know where they are in training or if they are on a taper or what! Dressel is the real deal though !

Dressel needs to be competing in meters, these Arena meets, and get acclimated to long course swimming. Omaha trials are in July and Rio is in August 2016!
