Holp told Swimming World,

“I am incredibly excited to announce my verbal commitment to swim for Virginia Tech. I want to thank my family, friends, and coaches for their support. The moment I walked on campus, I knew I was home, both the coaching staff and team are truly incredible. I cannot wait to be a Hokie!!”

Her best times are:

  • 50 Back 26.83
  • 100 Back 57.27

Holp’s best 100 backstroke time is from the 2017 Virginia High School 6A Championship where, swimming for James Madison High School, she placed 11th. She also touched fourth in the 200 IM. The school’s 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay, both of which Holp was a part, each earned silver.

The Hokies are quickly assembling their Class of 2022. Holp joins Natalia FryckowskaJulia Bruneau and Loulou Vos, and other in state talents Abby Larson and Alex Slayton
