PISCATAWAY, New Jersey, January 14. THE 400 individual medley is one of the toughest events on the swimming program, but Bluefish Swim Club athletes approach it with a bit of excitement.

In these video interviews with Swimming World intern Justin Sweetwood at last weekend’s CeraVe Invitational, Brooke Zeiger and Connor Green detail what they like about the 400 IM. Zeiger even details an aspect of IM training that she says helps her greatly.
