Video Interview Wisconsin’s Andrew Teduits, 100 Backstroke Winner

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 11. 100 backstroke winner Andrew Teduits breaks down his race at the Arena Grand Prix Charlotte. He's preparing for his 200 backstroke tomorrow, but won't be able to swim in finals because he has to head back to Wisconsin for exams.

Teduits pulled off a shocker this evening with a sizzling time of 54.43 in the 100 backstroke. He just touched out veteran David Plummer of Minnetonka for the win as Plummer posted a 54.45. Teduits cleared 55 seconds for the first time with the swim, blazing past his lifetime best from prelims of 55.43.
