AUSTIN, Texas, March 29. GEORGIA’S Tynan Stewart put together a great finish to the NCAA Men’s Division I Swimming and Diving Championships, nearly breaking the 1:40 barrier in the 200 backstroke in the consolation final.

In this video interview, Stewart talks about that swim and how his swim and others in that race will motivate him to break the big barrier next year. He also talks about being smart in the classroom and what it means to win the NCAA Elite 89 Award. Time management, he says, helps him be great in the water and a 4.0 English major in the classroom.
