Competing for the first time since the Olympics in Rio, Nathan Adrian won the 100 free at the arena Pro Swim Series meet in Indianapolis, posting a time of 48.66. Adrian was out in a relatively pedestrian 23.93 before blasting a 24.73 back half.

After the race, Adrian explained what was up with the strategy change and whether that might be his plan going forward. He also picked out elements of his race that he could fix before reflecting on his life since the Olympics and how he views himself in the sport going forward.

Nathan is a good role model for young swimmers, especially he is a half asian. Asian athletes face discrimination in USA, We need to change that!
