ORLANDO- Ryan Lochte was not supposed to swim at this Arena Pro Series, but he showed up with usual Lochte gusto. He won the 200 I.M. with a 2:00.52, beating Conor Dwyer by less than a second. Swim MAC chemistry is better than ever after a couple weeks of training Down Under, and the team is looking fit in Orlando.

Here Lochte talks with Swimming World about loving his time in Australia, the severe jet lag pains he is feeling, and his big Valentine’s Day dinner plans.
