Video Interview: Caeleb Dressel, Star of USA Swimming Winter Junior Nationals Talks About Stunning 18.9

GREENSBORO, North Carolina, December 12. BOLLES’ Caeleb Dressel, who dropped some jaws at the USA Swimming Winter Junior Nationals with an 18.9 in the 50 free, spoke with SwimmingWorld.TV shortly after his title trifecta this evening.

The 17 year old who will be attending Florida started off the night with an amazing 18.94 relay leadoff as Bolles won the men’s 200 free relay in 1:19.27. That swim is the first sub-19 for an 18-and-under swimmer as he captured the 17-18 U.S. National Age Group record in the process. Dressel then clinched the individual meet mark with a 19.10, before anchoring Bolles with a 42.65 as the Bolles men’s 400 medley relay emerged victorious.
