Florida’s Caeleb Dressel won the men’s 100 fly at the 2017 Phillips 66 National Championships as the only swimmer to dip under 51 seconds. The 2016 Olympian’s time of 50.87 is the fastest time in the world this year. This will be his fourth event for Worlds as he’s already qualified for the 50 fly, 400 free relay, and 800 free relay.

The NCAA Swimmer of the Year talks about what he plans on focusing on in training and how he wants to gain more experience in the 200 free. He also discusses his competition with Joseph Schooling as well learning how to control his races.
