BARCELONA, Spain, July 31. LAST night in the Palau Sant Jordi, the site of the FINA world swimming championships, the press conference room was packed with journalists waiting to hear from some of Tuesday night’s medal winners.

Conor Dwyer, the silver medalist in the 200 freestyle, was ecstatic about his win, and talked about how Michael Phelps helped him with confidence regarding his race strategy:
