Vanderbilt Adds Jenn Cahill, Emma Moll to Coaching Staff

Vanderbilt on Friday announced the addition of Jenn Cahill and Emma Moll as assistant coaches.

Cahill had previously coached under Jeremy Organ at Vandy before leaving coaching for four years. She will serve as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator.

Moll will serve as an assistant coach and director of operations.

“We’re excited to welcome Jenn and Emma to Vanderbilt,” Organ said in a press release. “From the very beginning of this process, I was looking for exceptional people who believe in our vision and understand the responsibility we have as coaches and mentors to our young women. They bring outstanding experience, character, and a genuine commitment to developing our student-athletes both in and out of the pool. I’m thrilled to have them join our program.”

Cahill was on staff at Vandy from 2017-19 as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. She spent three seasons in the same roles at the University of Missouri, for the Tigers’ men’s and women’s teams, including top-20 finishes for both teams at NCAAs in 2021 and for the men again in 2022.

Cahill swam at Boise State, serving as a team captain for two seasons. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2013 and her master’s degree from TCU in 2017, where she was a graduate assistant and recruiting coordinator for two seasons.

Moll was an undergraduate team manager for the men’s and women’s programs at the University of Michigan, where she received her bachelor’s degree in sports management with a focus on marketing and management in 2024. She spent the last two years as a coordinator of game operations for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, supporting operations for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris and 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina. She was an intern for USA Swimming and spent seven years as a volunteer swim coach at Danville Country Club in Illinois.
