USA Water Polo Announces Victoria Rogers Added to Board of Directors

HUNTINGTON BEACH, California, September 20. THE USA Water Polo Board of Directors announced the appointment of Victoria B. Rogers to the board. Rogers is the longstanding President of The Rose Hills Foundation, which is one of the largest foundations focused on giving in Los Angeles County. Rogers has a long history of philanthropic and volunteer efforts. She currently serves on board of trustees of various organizations including Stanford University and the Norton Simon Museum.

“We are very pleased to have added Vicky Rogers to our board,” said Michael Graff, Chairman. “She brings a wealth of non-profit experience and strong leadership skills that expand the capabilities and network of our leadership group,”

Following the sale of The Rose Hills Memorial Park in 1996, Rogers was tapped to manage $220 million in proceeds to form The Rose Hills Foundation. During her tenure, the Foundation's assets have grown solely by investment returns to nearly $500 million while the Foundation has granted over $250 million to over 1,200 non-profit organizations in the Los Angeles area. Rogers is a graduate of Stanford University and lives in San Marino, California with her husband and son, a 17-year old who plays for the Rose Bowl Water Polo Club.
