Updated USA Swimming Quadrennium Plan

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, November 16. WITH the next big step in the USA Swimming quadrennium plan soon upon us with the Short Course National Championships being held in Atlanta, Ga., at the end of the month, SwimmingWorldMagazine.com decided to take another look at what is left on the quad plan.
