Two More National Records Fall at Dutch Short Course Nationals

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, December 22. DURING the second night of swimming at the Dutch Short Course Nationals held in Amsterdam, two more national records fell by the wayside.

Individually, Inge Dekker clocked a time of 1:54.89 to claim the 200 freestyle standard when she won by nearly six seconds in front of Manon van Rooijen's second-place time of 2:00.33.

In relay action, the foursome of Wendy van den Zanden, Dekker, Suzan van den Bogaard and Marleen Veldhuis stopped the clock in 4:03.97 to set the national record in the women's 400 medley relay.
