Two More Doping Suspensions Announced

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, May 10. NEWS came out of two anti-doping camps with a pair of two-year suspensions handed out.

Russian Anastasiya Ivanenko has been suspended by the FINA Doping Panel for two years after a positive test for Furosemide. The positive test came from an unannounced out-of-competition test on Jan. 23, 2007.

Meanwhile, Tunisian Sabri Jari has been suspended by the Federal Commission of the Tunisian Swimming Federation for two years after refusing to submit a sample on Feb. 11, 2007 during the Tunisian Championships.
