Try These Multi-Movement Swim-Specific Dryland Exercises!

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, October 14. AS part of his work as the dryland consultant for Aquatica Nelson Vargas, JR Rosania gave the athletes there a circuit of dryland exercises that had a direct correlation to swimming.

In the video below, watch the athletes go through the circuit that has the athletes performing an exercise for 30 seconds then taking 30 seconds to rotate to the next station. Some of the exercises include box jumps, lunges, arm pulls on elastic bands and core exercises in the streamlined position.
