PHOENIX, Arizona, December 23. UNIVERSITY of California-Berkeley freshman Tom Shields joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to look back on his first semester with the Bears.

Shields, the national high school record holder in the 200-yard freestyle, offers his thoughts on whether he can swim faster than his record time in March, how much he would love to be a part of Cal relays and what it's like to train with Nathan Adrian.
