Host Brent Rutemiller opens the show with a list of names scheduled to appear at this week's FINA short course world championships in England. He also talks about the announcement regarding the host of the 2010 FINA Junior Diving Championships.

In Reaction Time, Swimming World Magazine senior writer John Lohn analyzes the men's 200 IM, in which Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte are almost certain to sweep the top medals.

ISHOF executive director Bob Duenkel takes viewers into the library at the International Swimming Hall of Fame, where the collection of rare aquatics-related books is so expansive there isn't enough room to fit it all.
