The Morning Swim Show, Sept. 8, 2009: Misty Hyman Talks About Life Since Olympics, Revolutionizing Underwater Kick

PHOENIX, Arizona, September 8. OLYMPIC champion Misty Hyman joins The Morning Swim Show to get viewers up to speed on her life since winning gold in the 200 fly in Sydney.

Hyman tells host Peter Busch about her work toward earning a master's degree in hotel management, living in Switzerland and the island of St. Croix and participating in an open water race in the Caribbean that she continues to endorse. Hyman also talks about the underwater dolphin kick she used to revolutionize butterfly swimming in the mid-1990s and how she was able to modify her stroke with the limitations on underwater kicking by the time she swam at the 2000 Olympics.
