The Morning Swim Show, Sept. 2, 2009: Ricky Berens Talks About Worlds and Senior Year at Texas

PHOENIX, Arizona, September 2. RICKY Berens returns to The Morning Swim Show to talk about his much-hyped swimsuit malfunction at worlds, being a part of the 800 free relay and what's in store for his senior year at the University of Texas.

Host Peter Busch starts the show with a conversation with new show producer Garrett McCaffrey, then talks to Berens about his love of relays, why he likes not knowing which events he'll swim at the NCAA championships and how Russia surprised the United States in the 800 free relay at the world championships. He also talks about how he was able to still swim fast in the prelims of the 400 free relay despite a rip in his swimsuit.
