The Morning Swim Show, Sept. 10, 2010: Jasmine Tosky on Being Consistent in the Pool in August

PHOENIX, Arizona, September 10. JASMINE Tosky was the model of consistency in the pool in August, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show she talks about her ability to post fast times at three championship meets.

Tosky, now a junior at Palo Alto High School, describes the difficulty of holding her taper for four weeks, culminating in the junior Pan Pacific championships, where she won four gold medals. She also talks about why she likes racing Chelsea Chenault and what her preliminary training plans are in preparation for competition at the world championships.
