PHOENIX, Arizona, October 29. AUBURN team co-captain Tyler McGill and Arizona State assistant coach Simon Percy join today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

McGill talks about making the USA team for the Duel in the Pool, whether or not he will be able to swim faster at next spring's NCAAs and what he's learned so far as an economics major. For today's Dryland Exercise of the Week, Percy details a weight room set that promotes team bonding as well as physical fitness.
